To further ensure the achievement of the effects of coenzyme Q which is expected as highly contributing to human and animal health maintenance, it is intended to provide a composition capable of achieving a high concentration in the blood and a long-term persistence in the blood. Namely, a composition comprising coenzyme Q as a mixture of reduced coenzyme Q with oxidized coenzyme Q wherein the ratio of the reduced coenzyme Q exceeds 95% by weight to the total coenzyme Q. By using this composition, a high maximum coenzyme Q concentration in the blood can be obtained and, moreover, the concentration in the blood can be maintained at a high level and the area under the blood concentration curve (AUC) can be enlarged.
Pour mieux s'assurer de parvenir à réaliser les effets de la coenzyme Q dont on s'attend à ce qu'elle contribue fortement à maintenir la santé chez les êtres humains et les animaux, l'intention est de fournir une composition capable de parvenir à réaliser une concentration élevée dans le sang et une persistance à long terme dans le sang. A savoir, composition comprenant de la coenzyme Q sous forme d'un mélange de coenzyme Q réduite avec de la coenzyme Q oxydée dans laquelle la proportion de la coenzyme Q réduite dépasse 95 % en poids de la coenzyme Q totale. En utilisant cette composition, on peut obtenir une concentration maximale élevée de coenzyme Q dans le sang et, en plus, on peut maintenir la concentration dans le sang à un niveau élevé et l'aire sous la courbe de concentration dans le sang (ASC) peut être agrandie.
