A coffee machine wherefrom a user may optionally request different coffees as to the volume of beverage and wherein the infusion water temperature in a heater is lowered as the quantity of the requested beverage increases. Tor this purpose, the machine is provided with a control means assembly comprising: a meter for the quantity of water moving to an extraction chamber, a temperature transducer for sensing the temperatures the water achieves in the heater and a calculator adapted to receive the signals from said meter and temperature transducer and control, according to a given algorithm, the water temperature in the heater as a function of the moving water quantity.
Machine à café permettant à l'utilisateur de demander au choix différents cafés en fonction du volume de boisson et dans laquelle la température de l'eau d'infusion dans un chauffe-eau est abaissée à mesure que la quantité de boisson demandée augmente. A cette fin, la machine est dotée d'un ensemble de moyens de contrôle comprenant: un débitmètre pour mesurer la quantité d'eau déplacée vers une chambre d'extraction, un capteur de température pour détecter les températures par lesquelles passe l'eau dans le chauffe-eau et un calculateur adapté pour recevoir les signaux dudit débitmètre et du capteur de température et pour établir, selon un algorithme donné, la température de l'eau dans le chauffe-eau en fonction de la quantité d'eau déplacée.
