The invention concerns an electric coffee machine and a filter element (1) therefor. The coffee machine comprises a filter element (1) which is intended to hold ground coffee (12) and is supported by a filter housing. Disposed above the filter element (1) is a brewing head (2) with one or a plurality of outlet openings (3) from which water (14), heated by an electric water heater, flows into the filter element (1) in order to extract the coffee. According to the invention, the filter element (1) comprises on its outer upper edge (9) an annular collar (10) which extends at an angle to the edge (9). The filter element (1) consists of filter paper. Disposed below the annular collar (10) is a holder device (28) which bears the filter element (1) and on which the filter element (1) is supported in a substantially cantilevered manner. In this way, the filter element and coffee machine are easier to handle. At the same time, the brewing results are improved and the time taken for the final drops to drip through is reduced.
L'invention concerne une machine à café électrique et un élément-filtre (1) approprié. La machine à café comprend un élément-filtre (1) soutenu par un porte-filtre et destiné à contenir la mouture de café (12). Au-dessus de l'élément-filtre (1) il est prévu une tête (2) munie d'un ou de plusieurs orifice(s) de sortie (3) par lesquels s'écoule dans l'élément-filtre (1) de l'eau (14) chauffée par un chauffe-eau électrique, en vue de passer le café. Selon l'invention, l'élément-filtre (1) comporte sur son bord supérieur extérieur (9) une collerette annulaire (10) s'étendant de manière angulaire par rapport au bord (9). L'élément-filtre (1) est en papier filtre. En dessous de la collerette annulaire (10), il est prévu un système de retenue (28) soutenant l'élément-filtre (1), sur lequel l'élément-filtre (1) s'appuie sensiblement en porte à faux, ce qui rend tant la manipulation de l'élément-filtre que celle de la machine à café plus aisées. On obtient simultanément de meilleurs résultats en termes de café passé, avec un temps de dégouttage réduit.
