The invention relates to a method for expanding the use of a coiling and uncoiling station (coilbox) located between the roughing train and the finishing train for rolled strip material in hot-rolling mills. The use of said coilbox is expanded by impinging the coil that is to be uncoiled with a pressing force (F) which acts in the direction of the roller table (4) and/or placing the coil in a depression of the roller table in order to process smaller coil weights in a spikeless coilbox, and/or by combining, in a chronological and weight-related manner, the active transfer and passive transfer of a coil from a first coiling station to a second coiling station in order to increase the throughput especially at average coil weights in a spikeless coilbox, and/or by supplying heat to the strip upstream or downstream of the spikeless coilbox and/or thermally insulating the strip or the coilbox in order to variably increase and homogenize the strip temperature. The invention further relates to a correspondingly equipped device for carrying out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'élargissement de l'utilisation d'une station d'enroulement et de déroulement (caisse à rouleaux) montée entre le train dégrossisseur et le train finisseur pour le matériau en bande laminée, dans des laminoirs à chaud. On obtient un élargissement de l'utilisation de la caisse à rouleaux par le fait que, pour le traitement de plus petits poids de bobines dans une caisse à rouleaux sans mandrins, une force de pression (F) dirigée vers le système à rouleaux (4) est appliquée à la bobine à dérouler et/ou la bobine est placée dans une dépression du système à rouleaux, et/ou que pour augmenter le débit de matériau, en particulier avec des poids de bobines moyens, dans une boite à rouleaux sans mandrins, le transfert actif et le transfert passif d'une bobine d'une première station d'enroulement à une seconde station d'enroulement sont combinés de façon temporelle et pondérale, et/ou que pour l'augmentation variable et l'homogénéisation de la température de la bande, de la chaleur est fournie à celle-ci avant et après la caisse à rouleaux sans mandrins et/ou la bande ou la caisse à rouleaux sont isolées thermiquement. L'invention concerne également un dispositif conçu pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
