ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A heat generating motor, and component coil block, coil element and coil thereof are disclosed. Additionally, a hot air blower and water heater incorporating such a heat generating motor are disclosed. The disclosed heat generating motor is capable of efficiently producing a high flow rate current of a fluid heated to a high temperature, and produced minimal magnetic vibration. The disclosed component coil blocks, coil elements and hardened coils are which are used in motor coil windings of the heat generating electric motor of the present invention, can also be employed in various other devices wherein the efficient and simultaneous generation of heat and an intense magnetic field is desirable. The disclosed hardened coil is comprised of multiple loops of insulated electrically conductive wire wound so as to form a flattened hollow disk shaped configuration which is then hardened to preserve its form, the insulated electrically conductive wire consisting of a conductive core having a conductance ratio of 5 to 95% and a heat resistant electrically insulating layer surrounding the conductive core. The disclosed coil element consists of one or more hardened coils which are sandwiched tightly between a pair of radiating plates formed from magnetic material, with a insulating layer intervening between each surface of a given hardened coil and a respective adjacent radiating plate. The disclosed coil blocks consist of multiple coil - 29 - elements, interconnected by means of a heat resistant electrically insulating hollow core member which passes through the hollow central section of each component coil element. The disclosed heat generating motor utilizes the coil block of the present invention as stator coil windings of motor. By fitting a fan or propeller on the rotating shaft of the heat generating motor of the present invention, an efficient hot air blower or water heater can be fabricated. - 30 -
