A coil spring forming apparatus is provided with a cored bar (2), which rotates about an axial line and has a wire rod (W), which is supplied from the wire rod supply means, wound around; a clamp section (22) which integrally rotates with the cored bar (2) and holds one end of the wire rod (W) on the cored bar (2); and a first guide roller (30) and a second guide roller (40) which guide the wire rod (W) onto the cored bar (2). The first guide roller (30) and the second guide roller are independently and movably arranged in parallel to the axial line of the cored bar (2). A coil spring formed by such coil spring forming apparatus is also provided.
L'invention concerne un appareil de formation de ressort hélicoïdal qui est doté d'une barre creuse (2), qui tourne autour d'une ligne axiale et possède un fil-machine (W), qui est alimenté à partir des moyens d'alimentation en fil-machine, enroulé sur elle ; une section de pince (22) qui tourne d'un seul tenant avec la barre creuse (2) et maintient une extrémité du fil-machine (W) sur la barre creuse (2); et un premier rouleau de guidage (30) et un second rouleau de guidage (40) qui guident le fil-machine (W) sur la barre creuse (2). Le premier rouleau de guidage (30) et le second rouleau de guidage sont disposés de façon indépendante et mobile, en parallèle à la ligne axiale de la barre creuse (2). L'invention concerne également un ressort hélicoïdal formé par un tel appareil de formation de ressort hélicoïdal.
