A coiled tubing completion system (201) has a gripping mechanism (203) on a lower end which land in a tubing hanger (209) and engage coiled tubing (217) extending through the tubing hanger (209). A tubular member (231) is located above the gripping member (203) and receives the upper end of the tubing (217). A tapered metal seal (253) seals between the tubular member (231) and the coiled tubing (217). A threaded nut (245) when rotated, causes the seal (253) to energize.
