ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A coin thrower is disclosed, to be used by an automotive vehicle driver upon passage through a toll gate. The coin thrower includes a first lever biased by a main spring and acting on a plunger adapted to strike a coin at the top of a stack of coins causing the coin to ride forwardly through a guideway and by thrown in the required direction into, for instance, the basket of a toll gate. The first lever is cocked and triggered by a second lever which is pressed manually, said second lever having a longer length than said first lever so that manual force applied against the same is sufficient to throw the coin at a substantial distance.
