The stationary hopper (1) or the liftable and lowerable lower hopper section (18) is fit- ted with a distribution bell (5), a sealing ring (111) is secured to the liftable and lowerable lower hopper section (18) or a liftable and lowerable sealing ring (11) is allocated to the stationary hopper (1) and a sealing ring (55, 31) is secured to the movable lif- table and lowerable cooling shaft closure (8, 800) and a drive (16, 19, 190; 71) is allocated to the distributor bell (5) and/or the liftable and lowerable lower hopper section (18) and/or the liftable and lowerable sealing ring (11, 111).
