A copolymer preparable by the emulsion polymerisation of: a) at least one monomer which comprises an alkyl methacrylate having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl group; a vinyl aromatic; or a nitrile having ethylene unsaturation conjugated with the nitrile group, with at least one of the following: b) at least one copolymerisable soft monomer; and c) at least one copolymerisable functional monomer, the resulting copolymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) from -35 °C to 50 °C and being formulatable into a coating which is cold sealable to itself under pressure but which has non-blocking characteristics.

Copolymère préparé par polymérisation en émulsion de (a) au moins un monomère qui comprend un méthacrylate d'alkyle ayant de 1 à 12 atomes de carbone dans le groupe alkyle, un vinyle aromatique ou un nitrile ayant une insaturation d'éthylène conjuguée au groupe nitrile, et d'au moins un des constituants suivants: (b) au moins un monomère mou copolymérisable et (c) au moins un monomère fonctionnel copolymérisable. Le copolymère qui en résulte possède une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) allant de -35~ C à 50~ C et peut être préparé sous forme de revêtement qui peut adhérer à froid à lui-même sous pression, mais présente des caractéristiques de non blocage.
