An adhesive coating which is pressure sealable to itself and non-blocking to a dissimilar coating is described. The coating comprises a blend of (a) a soft polymer having a measured glass transition temperature below room temperature; and (b) a hard polymer having a measured glass transition temperature which is above the measured glass transition temperature of the soft polymer (a). The soft polymer and the hard polymer are combined in a low blocking, pressure sealable coating formable proportion. A method of making the adhesive coating comprising the step of blending the soft polymer and the hard polymer and coated substrates formed from the adhesive coating are also described.
La présente invention décrit un revêtement adhésif qui se soude sur lui-même par pression à froid et ne présente pas de caractère bloquant pour un revêtement différent. Ledit revêtement comprend un mélange de: (a) un polymère doux possédant une température mesurée de transition vitreuse inférieure à la température ambiante et (b) un polymère dur possédant une température mesurée de transition vitreuse se situant au-dessus de la température mesurée de transition vitreuse du polymère doux (a). On combine le polymère doux et le polymère dur selon une proportion à faible taux de blocage et en condition de formation de revêtement par soudage à froid. L'invention décrit aussi un procédé de fabrication du revêtement adhésif comportant une phase de mélange du polymère doux et du polymère dur avec des supports de revêtement formés à partir du revêtement adhésif.
