The present invention relates to an implant intended to replace or reinforce defective orthopaedic tissue, such as a tendon or ligament, comprising: - a bioresorbable porous matrix based on a collagen sponge; - a porous three-dimensional knit having a longitudinal direction, characterized in that: - said porous matrix fills said three-dimensional knit said three- dimensional knit having two opposite faces, a front face and a rear face, connected to one another by a spacer, at least one of said front and rear faces has at least one weave of pillar stitch type in the longitudinal direction of said knit.
La présente invention concerne un implant destiné à remplacer ou renforcer les tissus orthopédiques défectueux, par exemple un tendon ou un ligament, et comprenant : une matrice poreuse biorésorbable basée sur une éponge de collagène et un tricot poreux tridimensionnel présentant une direction longitudinale. L'implant est caractérisé en ce que ladite matrice poreuse remplit ledit tricot tridimensionnel, ledit tricot tridimensionnel présentant deux surfaces opposées, une surface avant et une surface arrière, reliées l'une à l'autre par un écarteur, ladite surface avant et/ou ladite surface arrière présentant au moins un tissu de type à couture en pilier dans la direction longitudinale dudit tricot.
