Disclosed are: a peptide molecule itself which is effective for the prevention of a disease such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and bedsore, particularly a dipeptide which can be absorbed into a body readily through an intestine; a collagen peptide comprising the dipeptide as an essential dipeptide component; and an agent for preventing a disease, which comprises the dipeptide as an essential active ingredient. Specifically disclosed are: a collagen peptide characterized by comprising a dipeptide having a structure Hyp-Gly as an essential dipeptide component; a dipeptide characterized by having a structure Hyp-Gly; and an agent for preventing a disease, which comprises a dipeptide having a structure Hyp-Gly as an essential active ingredient.
L'invention porte sur : une molécule peptidique elle-même qui est efficace pour la prévention d'une maladie telle que l'ostéoporose, l'arthrose et l'escarre de décubitus, en particulier un dipeptide qui peut être aisément absorbé dans un corps par l'intermédiaire d'un intestin ; un peptide de collagène comprenant le dipeptide comme constituant dipeptidique essentiel ; et un agent pour la prévention d'une maladie, lequel comprend le dipeptide comme ingrédient actif essentiel. De façon spécifique l'invention porte sur : un peptide de collagène caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dipeptide ayant une structure Hyp-Gly comme constituant dipeptidique essentiel ; un dipeptide caractérisé en ce qu'il a une structure Hyp-Gly ; et un agent pour la prévention d'une maladie, qui comprend un dipeptide ayant une structure Hyp-Gly comme ingrédient actif essentiel.
