Collagen peptides, fragments and variants are able to interact with and/or bind integrin .alpha.2.beta.1, integrin .alpha.1.beta.1 and/or platelet receptor GpVI. Such peptides, mimetics thereof and substances that bind them are useful in modulating platelet and other cell function, including aggregation and activation.
L'invention concerne des peptides, des fragments et des variantes de collagène capables d'interagir et/ou de se lier avec l'intégrine .alpha.2.beta.1, l'intégrine .alpha.1.beta.1, et/ou le récepteur GpVI des plaquettes.
