A collapsible canopy/hunting blind for a small boat includes a light-weight fabric canopy supported by a frame. The frame is formed by support rods which arcuately extend over the boat, and which are supported by mounting brackets attached to the sides of the boat. The mounting brackets are hinged so that they can be extended outwards from the wall of the boat when the canopy is in use, and folded back against the sides of the boat when not in use.
