A metal frame comprised of four tubular members which slip-fit together to complete a rigid structure used in conjunction with sign substrates for an upright sign display. It consists of two equal and vertical tubular members which are pointed on one end and into which two equal horizontal members are fitted along with the sign substrate. There is a tool associated with the usage of this frame. It is composed of metal and is used to insert the frame into the ground. This invention results in a single apparatus and tool for its application. The apparatus is painted, powder coated or plated to prohibit rust and allow the frame to be used repeatedly.
