The present invention relates to a collapsible compartment of a shopping cart. The collapsible compartment includes a swinging rear wall and fixed side walls of the shopping cart and a pivoting assembly. The pivoting assembly comprises a pivoting base wall having a first edge for pivot connection to the swinging rear wall and a second edge opposite the first edge. It further comprises a pivoting front wall having a first edge for pivot connection between the side walls of the shopping cart, and a second edge, opposite the first edge thereof, pivotally connected to the second edge of the pivoting base wall. The compartment further includes a pivoting panel assembly having a panel pivotable between a first position where the panel rests over the base wall and a second position where the panel is covering leg holes in the swinging rear wall, and an out of reach spring element to urge the panel in the second position.
La présente invention concerne un compartiment téléscopable de chariot d'épicerie. Le compartiment pliable comprend une paroi arrière oscillant et des parois latérales fixes du chariot de supermarché et un ensemble pivotant. L'ensemble pivotant comprend une paroi de base pivotante ayant un premier bord pour assurer une connexion par pivotement à la paroi arrière oscillante et un second bord opposé au premier bord. Il comprend en outre une paroi frontale pivotante pourvue d'un premier bord servant à assurer une connexion par pivotement entre les parois latérales du chariot de supermarché, et un second bord, opposé au premier bord, relié de manière pivotante au second bord de la paroi de base pivotante. Le compartiment comprend également un ensemble panneau pivotant composé d'un panneau pouvant pivoter entre une première position dans laquelle le panneau repose sur la paroi de base et une seconde position dans laquelle le panneau recouvre les ouvertures encerclant les jambes dans la paroi arrière oscillante, et un élément de ressort hors de portée afin de pousser le panneau dans la deuxième position.
