This invention relates to a collapsible container, manufactured through injection-molding from plastic with integrated hinges, the sidewalls being pivotally connected to each other and to the bottom, and the at least two sidewalls of the container being foldable. The invention also relates to a method for forming a collapsible container provided with a bottom and at least four sidewalls, pivotally connected thereto, which sidewalls are connected so as to be mutually pivotable, while a mold with at least one mold cavity is used having the shape of the folder-out container, into which mold cavity plastic is introduced with the aid of injection-molding technique, such that in the at least one mold cavity a collapsible container in folded-out condition is injection-molded, while in at least two sidewalls located opposite each other hinging elements are integrally formed, such that the respective sidewalls are foldable.
L'invention concerne un contenant (1) pliable, fabriqué par moulage par injection de plastique, qui comporte des charnières (8, 10, 12) intégrées. Les parois latérales (4, 6) sont reliées pivotantes entre elles et au fond (2), et au moins deux parois latérales du contenant peuvent être pliées. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de formation d'un contenant pliable comprenant un fond et au moins quatre parois latérales reliées pivotantes à celui-ci ; les parois latérales sont reliées de manière à pouvoir pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre. On utilise pour fabriquer ce contenant un moule qui comporte au moins une cavité de moule et présente la forme du contenant déplié ; le plastique est introduit à l'aide d'une technique de moulage par injection dans la cavité de moule afin d'y mouler par injection un contenant pliable à l'état déplié, et de former d'une seule pièce au moins deux éléments charnières opposés se situant sur des parois latérales, ces éléments permettant de plier les parois respectives.
