A collapsible loom, comprising a removable weaving assembly. The weaving assembly consists of a warp beam with its warps, bars, harness shafts, transfer bars, tying members for treadles, a reed, and a cloth beam with its cloth. The weaving assembly is packed in a transport case and the unfinished cloth can be transferred to another loom. Another person can bring his/her own cloth and continue weaving immediately. A skilled person is able to set up the warp to a weaving condition. Even a novice weaver is able to transfer the warp to his/her own loom and to start weaving without a difficult set-up of the warp. The problem eliminated by this invention is the one caused by an interruption of the weaving process on a traditional loom and no one else being able to use the loom. The collapsible loom can be folded down by means of a lightly motorized screw without dismounting the cloth, and can be rolled on wheels to storage. The collapsible loom, when set up in a working condition, locks itself to become a sturdy unit by virtue of the structural design, resting on supporting feet.
