ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A collapsible packing tube in which the head and tube pipe are separately made at least partially of plastic material and in which a connecting partially plastic body overlaps and is welded to peripheral edges of the head and pipe. The tube pipe and connecting body have isolated metallic barriers. Process for making such a tube is also disclosed.
