ABSTRACT A collapsible storage container comprising a pair of end wall panels, and a pair of side wall panels and a lid panel wherein each of the end wall and side wall panels is pivotally supported for inward folding movement about an horizontal axis with the horizontal axes of the side and end wall panels being spaced a different distances from the floor of the container base, so as to allow the panels to be folded approximately flat one on top of the other with adjacent panels, when folded down, being in overlying relationship. - 16 -
