ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A valve includes a generally cylindrical member and a valve member reciprocally mounted within it. There is an inlet and an outlet in the cylindrical member with movement of the valve member controlling the flow of water between said inlet and outlet. Positioned within the cylindrical member and masking its inlet is a flexible sleeve. The valve member carries a cam section selec- tively movable into register with portions of the flexible sleeve to control the flow of water from the inlet to the outlet. The flexible sleeve and valve member further have cooperating surfaces forming a closure between said inlet and outlet.
