The invention concerns an equipment for functional therapy, more particularly a splint characterised in that: the crural segment is mounted in articulation on a stabilising support (20) telescopically mobile at the base plate, parallel to the direction of the guide way, between two stable positions of maximum retraction and maximum extension; the crural segment (3) is made up of at least one side member (15) telescopically adjustable, comprising a tubular part (16) and a sliding part (17) capable (17) of being substantially entirely retracted inside the tubular part (16) when the support takes the maximum retracted position. The invention is applicable to splints for passive mobilisation of a lower limb.
