A collapsible cargo container is disclosed wherein end walls are pivoted into the container when empty and locked against the roof, and then side walls buckle via hinges into a folded configuration. The folded configuration is achieved easily with a modified spreader without the need to otherwise disassemble or deconstruct the container, leaving no loose parts or tools. The cargo container preferably constructed with an improved light weight panel that facilitates loading of the container while improving strength and reducing weight.

L'invention concerne un conteneur pour marchandises repliable, ses parois d'extrémité étant pivotées vers l~intérieur du conteneur quand celui-ci est vide et verrouillées contre le toit, et ses parois latérales étant ensuite déformées par le biais de charnières en une configuration pliée. La configuration pliée est réalisée facilement par un palonnier modifié sans qu'il n'y ait autrement besoin de démonter ou de déconstruire le conteneur, et ce sans laisser de pièces détachées ou d~outils. Le conteneur pour marchandises est de préférence construit avec un panneau léger amélioré qui facilite le chargement du conteneur tout en améliorant la résistance et en réduisant le poids.
