A composition for minimizing color fading of an oral care composition is provided. The composition comprises: a) an organic dye-encapsulated silica shell nanoparticle matrix, b) a physiologically stable fluoride ion providing compound in an amount of about 0.1 % to about 1 % by weight, c) a peroxide species providing compound in an amount of about 1 % to about 20% by weight. The encapsulated silica shell dye nanoparticle stabilizes the color against degradation in the presence of peroxide and fluoride ions.

L'invention concerne une composition pour minimiser la décoloration d'une composition de soin orale. La composition comprend : a) une matrice de nanoparticules de carapace de silice encapsulées dans une teinte organique, b) un composé fournissant des ions fluorure physiologiquement stables dans une quantité d'environ 1,1 % à environ 1 % en poids, c) un composé fournissant une espèce peroxyde dans une quantité d'environ 1 % à environ 20 % en poids. La nanoparticule de teinte de carapace de silice encapsulée stabilise la couleur vis-à-vis d'une dégradation en présence de peroxyde et d'ions fluorure.
