A colored contact lens (10) comprising a non-opaque pupil section (20), an iris section (22) surrounding the pupil section (20), and a colored, opaque, intermittent pattern over the iris section (22). The pattern having elements which are indiscernible to the ordinary viewer. The elements of the pattern are a color which provides a contact lens (10) capable of making change or modifications to the appearance of the color of the iris to a striking olive green color, while importing a very natural appearance.

L'invention concerne une lentille (10) de contact colorée comportant une section (20) de pupille non opaque, une section (22) d'iris entourant la section (20) de pupille, et un motif discontinu opaque coloré sur la section (22) d'iris. Le motif comporte des éléments qui ne sont pas perceptibles pour un observateur ordinaire. Les éléments du motif sont d'une couleur qui confère à la lentille (10) de contact la capacité de changer ou de modifier l'aspect de la couleur de l'iris en un vert olive saisissant, tout en présentant un aspect très naturel.
