ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This consists of a computer unit (9) with a TV monitor (10), either of which may operate as command elements, a cassette recorder (11), an artificial display control (13) or long-distance telephone connection (14), creating a connection with an interface (8) which operates a group of motors (3) in stages with a gearbox in order to turn and advance pigment bars (2) end-mounted on a rotary cutter (1), releasing powder from the said bars. Likewise, the interface operates a motor (4) which positions the needle (12) and fluid and air flow regulator so that the said powder released from the pigment bars (2) flows to the front plane of the cutter (1) and is carried along channels to the centre to arrive at the central port or nozzle for the out- let of pressurised air and fluid.
