4-12-1979 1 PHN 9396 ABSTRACT: "Colour television display tube". A colour television display tube comprising three electron guns arranged in line and each comprising successi- vely a triode part, a first lens electrode and a second lens electrode. The first lens electrode of each of the outermost guns is secured to insulating assembly rods by means of two suspension braces situated at an axial dis- tance from each other in such manner that the brace si- tuated on the side of the triode part is secured to the outer surface of the first lens electrode remote from the central electron gun and the brace situated on the side of the second lens electrode is secured to the outer sur- face of the first lens electrode facing the central electron gun. Such a construction results in a low thermal convergence drift.
