ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Inner and outer upstanding peripheral frames are provided and include corresponding inner and outer sides spaced relative to each other. Upper and lower parallelogram links are pivotally connected at opposite ends to each pair of corresponding inner and outer sides and structure is provided for lifting the outer frame. Upper and lower pairs of coacting inner and outer wedge structure is carried by each pair of corresponding inner and outer sides engageable with each other upon downward displacement of the outer frame relative to the inner frame to limit such downward displacement to a lower position of said outer frame with said links substantially horizontally disposed and engageable with each other upon upward displacement of the outer frame relative to the inner frame to limit such upward displacement to an upper position of the outer frame with the links upwardly and outwardly inclined. The sides of the outer frame are mounted to each other against relative movement.
