A convertible piece of infant furniture (20) includes a pair of opposed end panels (52) connected by a pair of bottom rails (56) and a pair of top rails (58) at respective corners of the end panels (52). A basket assembly (70) is carried by the bottom rails (56) and with a bassinet (40) detachably secured to the top rails (58) is configured as a storage shelf. With the bassinet (40) removed, the basket assembly (70) is expanded to be configured as a toy bin (50). A wheel assembly (60) is connected to each bottom corner of end panels (52). Each wheel assembly (60) is movable between an extended rolling position and a retracted position.
