ABSTRACT This invention relates to improvements in a door or window sash construction and the frame therefor wherein the sash structure and frame therefor have a configuration and extent such that at least two regions of perimetral sealing overlap of sash with frame are established, one region of perimetral sealing overlap extending outwardly of the outer margin of principal inwardly directed wall formation of the frame and the other region of perimetral overlap extending inwardly of the inner margin of the aforementioned wall formation with the possibility of a third perimetrally extending sealing overlap being arranged in the region between the first two mentioned regions of outer and inner overlap.
