The invention is a combination (100) of a device (1) with body (5), arms (6 and 6') and an attachment part (8) and of an insert device, (2) tube (3), and stem (4). At one end the tube (3) is equipped with a spring (11) which is situated between a rod mounting (10) and the caudal end (12) of the tube. The stem (4) is equipped with a stem mounting (15) at its caudal end.
