ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a combination of an endpiece and of a recipient, wherein the threaded neck of the recipient comprises at its base a ring provided with two series of notches of the ratchet wheel type. The endpiece is provided with a skirt adapted to be screwed on the neck. It is surrounded by a conical sleeve provided with internal slanting teeth. This conical sleeve extends downwardly by a tear-off guarantee strip provided with slanting teeth. These teeth cooperate with the notches to avoid unscrewing of the endpiece during storage of the recipient. After the strip has been torn off, it is the internal teeth which cooperate with the notches to prevent any unscrewing of the endpiece.
