The disclosure is of a combination of lactic acid bacteria comprising: (a) a first component consisting of at least one strain of H2O2-producing lactic acid bacteria; and (b) a second component consisting of at least one strain of arginine-utilizing lactic acid bacteria. The disclosure is also of the use of this combination for making a food supplement, a hygiene product or a pharmaceutical preparation for the prevention and/or treatment of infections and inflammatory conditions caused by bacteria, viruses or fungi, especially in the mouth, vagina, urethra, nose, eyes and ears.
L'invention concerne une combinaison de bactéries d'acide lactique renfermant: a) un premier constituant qui contient au moins une souche de bactéries d'acide lactique produisant H2O2, et b) un second constituant qui contient au moins une souche de bactéries d'acide lactique utilisant l'arginine. Cette invention concerne également l'utilisation de cette combinaison pour fabriquer un complément nutritif, un produit hygiénique ou une préparation pharmaceutique permettant de prévenir et/ou de traiter les infections et les états inflammatoires dus à des bactéries, des virus ou des mycètes, et ce en particulier dans la bouche, le vagin, l'urètre, le nez, les yeux et les oreilles.
