The invention relates to a combination of substances (component I) inducing necrosis in tumors or inflamed tissue, with other non-toxic substances ("prodrugs", component II). The enzymes set free by necrotic processes then cleave the nontoxic "prodrug" into the toxic "drug", which leads to massive tumor cell death and/or remission of inflammation.

L'invention concerne une association de substances (composant I) inductrices de nécrose dans les tumeurs et les tissus inflammés, avec d'autres substances non toxiques (« promédicaments », composant II). Les enzymes libérées par les processus nécrotiques assurent ensuite le clivage du « promédicament » non toxique dans le « médicament » toxique, ce qui entraîne la mort de cellule tumorale massive et/ou la rémission de l'inflammation.
