The invention relates to a kit for the combined use for the treatment of cancer patients, which set comprises an antigen of a cellular surface protein, or an antibody directed against the cellular surface protein, and an antigen of an aberrant glycosylation, or an antibody directed against the aberrant glycosylation. This kit is destined both for the immunotherapeutic and the diagnostic application. The invention further relates to a selection method for selecting suitable tumor-specific antigens with the assistance of this kit and corresponding specific antibody preparations.
L'invention concerne un kit d'emploi combiné pour le traitement de patients souffrant de cancer, l'ensemble comprenant un antigène d'une protéine de surface cellulaire, ou un anticorps dirigé contre la protéine de surface cellulaire, et un antigène d'une glycosylation aberrante, ou un anticorps dirigé contre la glycosylation aberrante. Ce kit est conçu pour une application immunothérapeutique et une application de diagnostic. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de sélection permettant de sélectionner des antigènes appropriés spécifiques de tumeurs au moyen du kit précité et les préparations d'anticorps spécifiques correspondantes.
