Inhalation particles incorporating, in an individual particle, a combination of a .beta.2-agonist and a glucocorticosteroid in a predetermined and constant ratio, a process for the preparation thereof and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the inhalation particles are disclosed. The particles have narrow particle size distribution and are preferably in the form of spherical crystalline particles with a rough surface. The particles are particularly useful in the treatment of asthma and other respiratory disorders.

L'invention concerne des particules d'inhalation contenant, dans une particule individuelle, une association d'un agoniste .beta.?2¿ et d'un glucocorticostéroïde en un rapport prédéterminé et constant, un processus de préparation de celles-ci et des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant les particules d'inhalation. Les particules ont une graunulométrie étroite et se présentent de préférence sous la forme de particules cristallines sphériques à surface rugueuse. Les particules sont particulièrement utiles dans le traitement de l'asthme et d'autres troubles respiratoires.
