ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A mill which combines the processes of pickling hot band and subsequent cold rolling. The pickled strip is passed from the pickling line directly to a tandem cold rolling mill without any intervening coiling thereof. The combination mill is adapted to operate as a combination pickling-rolling mill, for fully continuous rolling of pickled coils and for conventional batch type rolling.
