COMBINATION PIVOT CORNER AND SLIDE GUIDE FOR SASH WINDOW ABSTRACT A unitary pivot corner member having a pivot pin for engaging the sash balance of a double-hung window sash assembly and a slide guide integral with the member for riding in a guide rail of the master frame jamb of the window assembly. A pair of the same members are installed at opposing bottom corners of a sash window. Each of the slide guides rides in a respective guide rail and functions to retain the engaged guide rail in square alignment relative to the sash window whereby to eliminate gapping between the window sash and jambs as the sash is raised and lowered.
