The invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination which comprises (a) a HER-1 or a HER-2 antibody or (b) at least one antineoplastic agent selected from the group consisting of aromatase inhibitors, antiestrogens, topoisomerase I inhibitors, topoisomerase II inhibitors, microtubule active agents, protein kinase C inhibitors, anti-angiogenic compounds, gonadorelin agonists, anti-androgens, histone deacetylase inhibitors and S-adenosyl- methionine decarboxylase inhibitors; and (c) an epothilone derivative of formula (I), and optionally at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for simultaneous, separate or sequential use, in particular, for the treatment of a proliferative disease, especially a solid tumor disease; a pharmaceutical composition comprising such a combination; the use of such a combination for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a proliferative disease; a commercial package or product comprising such a combination as a combined preparation for simultaneous, separate or sequential use; and to a method of treatment of a warm-blooded animal, especially a human.
L'invention concerne une combinaison pharmaceutique comprenant (a) un anticorps HER-1 ou HER-2, ou (b) au moins un agent antinéoplastique, sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant des inhibiteurs d'aromatase, des anti-estrogènes, des inhibiterus I de topoisomérase, des inhibiteurs II de topoisomérase, des agents actifs microtubules, des inhibiteurs C de protéine kinase, des composés antiangiogéniques, des agonistes de gonadoréline, des anti-androgènes, des inhibiteurs d'histone déacétylase et des inhibiteurs de S-adénosylméthionine décarboxylase ; et (c) un dérivé d'épothilone de formule (I) et, éventuellement, au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable pour usage simultané, séparé ou séquentiel, en particulier pour le traitement d'une maladie proliférante, notamment une maladie à tumeur solide. L'invention concerne en outre une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une telle combinaison ; l'utilisation d'une telle combinaison pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement d'une maladie proliférante ; un conditionnement commercial ou un produit comprenant une telle combinaison sous forme d'une préparation combinée pour usage simultané, séparé ou séquentiel ; ainsi qu'un procédé de traitement d'un animal à sang chaud, notamment d'un être humain.
