The invention relates to a combination which comprises (a) a bisphosphonate, a platinum compound or a vasculostatic compound and (b) an epothilone derivative of formula (I), wherein A represents O or NRN, wherein RN is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R is hydrogen or lower alkyl, and Z is O or a bond, in which the active ingredients (a) and (b) are present in each case in free form or in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and optionally at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for simultaneous, separate or sequential use, in particular for the delay of progression or treatment of a proliferative disease, especially a solid tumor disease; a pharmaceutical composition, a commercial package or product comprising such a combination; the use of such a combination for the preparation of a medicament for the delay of progression or treatment of a proliferative disease and to a method of treatment of a warm-blooded animal.
La présente invention concerne une combinaison qui comprend: (a) un bisphosphonate, un composé platine ou un composé vasculostatique et (b) un dérivé d'épothilone représenté par la formule (I). Dans cette formule A représente O ou NR¿N?, R¿N? est hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur, R est hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur et Z est O ou une liaison dans laquelle les principes actifs (a) et (b) sont présents sous forme libre ou sous forme de sel répondant aux normes pharmaceutiques et éventuellement d'au moins un porteur répondant aux normes pharmaceutiques destiné à une utilisation simultanée séparée ou séquentielle, en particulier pour retarder le temps de progression d'une maladie à prolifération ou pour traiter cette maladie, et plus particulièrement une maladie à tumeur solide. Cette invention concerne aussi une composition pharmaceutique, un emballage ou un produit commercial tel qu'une combinaison, l'utilisation de cette combinaison pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné à retarder la progression d'une maladie à prolifération ou pour traiter cette maladie et une technique de traitement d'un animal à sang chaud.
