The invention relates to combinations of a carrier and a complex, which consists of a nucleic-acid molecule and a copolymer. Said copolymer consists of an amphiphilic polymer, preferably polyethylene glycol and a charged effector molecule, in particular, a peptide or peptide derivative. The invention also relates to the use of the combinations for transferring nucleic acid molecules into cells.
