A combination therapy for treating patients suffering from proliferative diseases or diseases associated with persistent angiogenesis is disclosed. The patient is treated with a camptothecin derivative and one or more chemotherapeutic agents selected from a microtubule active agent; an alkylating agent; an anti-neoplastic anti-metabolite; a platin compound; a topoisomerase II inhibitor; a VEGF inhibitor; a tyrosine kinase inhibitor; an EGFR kinase inhibitor; an mTOR kinase inhibitor; an insulin-like growth factor I inhibitor; a Raf kinase inhibitor; a monoclonal antibody; a proteasome inhibitor; a HDAC inhibitor; and ionizing radiation.
Cette invention concerne une thérapie combinatoire destinée à des patients souffrant de maladies prolifératives ou de maladies associées à une angiogenèse persistante. Le patient est traité avec un dérivé de camptothécine et avec un ou plusieurs agents thérapeutiques pris parmi un principe actif à microtubules; un agent alkylant; un anti-métabolite anti-néoplasique, un composé platine; un inhibiteur de topoisomérase II, un inhibiteur de VEGF; un inhibiteur de tyrosine kinase; un inhibiteur de EGFR kinase; un inhibiteur de mTOR kinase; un inhibiteur du facteur de croissance I insulinoïde; un inhibiteur de Raf kinase; un anticorps monoclonal; un inhibiteur de protéasome; un inhibiteur de HDAC; et un rayonnement ionisant.
