A combinatory multi-use tape dispenser includes a housing with an open upper side, a tape dispenser body pivotally connected to and on the housing to swing up and down on the housing, and then small stationary items stored in a hollow space of the housing may expose to be taken out for use when the tape dispenser is swing up. The bottom of the housing has four suction discs engaged in four holes of the bottom of the housing to secure the tape dispenser on a table by sucking. Thus the table surface may have larger dimensions for work and easy to arrange.
