A combined apparatus for measuring the blood glucose level from an ocular fluid comprises a hand-held fluorescence photometer (D1) for determining the glucose level of the ocular fluid and a device (D2) for the amperometric or photometric determination of the blood glucose level. The fluorescence photometer (D1) comprises: first irradiating means (7,8,10) for providing a pilot beam (1) for irradiation of the eye (3) in order to excite a first fluorescence comprising a first wavelength band; first detecting means (8,9,12,13) for measuring the intensity of the of the pupil fluorescence within the first wavelength band; second irradiating means (17,18,21) for providing a measurement beam (5) for irradiation of the eye in order to excite an ocular sensor (4) to emit a second fluorescence comprising a second wavelength band; second detecting means (18,19,20,22,23,24,25) for measuring the intensity of the second fluorescence within the second wavelength band. The first and second irradiating means are arranged such that the measurement beam irradiates the eye under a predetermined angle (a) between 00 and 90~ and at a predetermined distance from the pilot beam.
L'invention porte sur un appareil combiné de mesure de la glycémie à partie d'un fluide oculaire comprenant: un photomètre (D1) à main mesurant le taux de glucose dans le fluide oculaire et un dispositif (D2) déterminant la glycémie par ampérométrie ou photométrie. Ledit photomètre (D1) comporte: un premier moyen d'irradiation (7,8,10) émettant dans l'oeil (3) un faisceau pilote (1) pour exciter une première fluorescence comprenant une première bande de longueurs d'onde; un premier moyen de détection (8,9,12,13) mesurant l'intensité de la fluorescence de la pupille dans une première bande de longueurs d'onde; un deuxième moyen d'irradiation (7,8,10) émettant dans l'oeil un faisceau de mesure (5) pour exciter un détecteur oculaire (4) émettant une deuxième fluorescence d'une deuxième bande de longueurs d'onde; un deuxième moyen de détection (18,19,20,22,23,24,25) mesurant l'intensité de la deuxième fluorescence à l'intérieur de la deuxième bande de longueurs d'onde. Le premier et le deuxième moyen sont conçus pour que le faisceau de mesure irradie l'oeil sous un angle prédéterminé (a) compris entre 0?0¿ et 90·, et à une distance prédéterminée du faisceau pilote.
