A combined cycle electric power plant, which effectively remove noises generated attendant upon steam discharge at the time of warming-up or the like, comprises a pipe line (801) for conducting to a gas turbine exhaust duct (802) a steam having performed warming of a steam cooling system (400) which is to cool a high temperature portion being cooled of a gas turbine (100) at the time of start-up, whereby a steam having been used for warming is conducted to the gas turbine exhaust duct (802) through the pipe line (801) separately installed to cause the gas turbine exhaust duct (802) to absorb noises generated attendant upon the discharge of the warming steam.
