A combined cycle electric power plant comprising a combination of a gas turbine plant and a steam turbine plant, and using a cooling steam for cooling a high temperature portion (5) being cooled, of a combustor (4) on a gas turbine (2). When a cooling steam is short at the time of startup or suspension, an air line (9) for permitting an outlet air of an air compressor (1) to pressurize a steam passage (7) of the high temperature portion (5) being cooled to make the same higher in pressure than the combustor (4), is connected to the steam passage (7) to air cool the same to protect the combustor (4) and accessory pipe lines from burning, thereby enabling operating the plant safely and stably over a long term.
L'invention concerne un fil frisé composite comprenant entre 50 et 90 % en poids de filaments de cellulose et de filaments de fibre synthétique et ayant un pourcentage d'allongement de frisure compris entre 0,1 et 4,0 %. L'invention concerne en outre un tricot trame comprenant les fils frisés composites ne présentant pas sensiblement d'étapes de trame, ayant un aspect de qualité, une brillance et une sensation au toucher de filaments de cellules et des propriétés d'excellente résistance au retrait et des propriétés de fixage de manière que ce tricot trame puisse servir à la confection de vêtements tels les sous-vêtements, les vêtements de sports et autres tenues qui nécessitent une excellente résistance au mouillé, une stabilité dimensionnelle et une qualité du tricot.
