The present invention relates to a novel, combined DNA/Protein antigen vaccine composition comprising nucleic acid molecules and a mineral-based, negatively charged adjuvant, so as to enhance the immungenicity of the DNA vaccine efficiently enhancing not only plasmid DNA vaccines but also providing a novel strategy for immunogenic, multivalent combined protein/DNA vaccine delivery. Preferred adjuvants are aluminium or calcium salts, in particular aluminium phosphate.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle composition de vaccins d'antigènes à protéines/ADN combinés contenant des molécules d'acides nucléiques et un adjuvant chargé négativement à base de minéraux, de manière à améliorer l'immunogénicité du vaccin à AND, ce qui permet non seulement d'améliorer efficacement des vaccins à AND de type plasmide, mais également d'engendrer une nouvelle stratégie pour la distribution de vaccins à protéines/AND combinés, multivalents, immunogéniques. Des adjuvants préférés sont des sels d'aluminium ou de calcium, notamment du phosphate d'aluminium.
