ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE Disclosed herein is an internal combustion engine comprising a crankcase subject to cyclical conditions of relatively high and low pressures defining a crankcase pressure amplitude which varies in accordance with variation in engine speed, and a pressure actuated motor comprising a housing, a movable wall located in the housing and dividing the housing into low and high pressure chambers which inversely vary in volume relative to each other, and ducts connecting the crankcase to the low and high pressure chambers so as to create therebetween a pressure differential having an amplitude which varies in accordance with variation in crankcase pressure amplitude, whereby the movable wall reciprocates with a stroke length which varies in accordance with variation in the crankcase amplitude.
