The present invention relates to a chronotherapeutic combination pharmaceutical formulation, which is designed to control the release of each ingredient of the combined drug in a predetermined rate based on the principle of the so-called chronotherapy, where drugs are administered to exhibit pharmacological activities at predetermined time intervals. The formulation of the present invention comprises a dihydropyridine, calcium channel blocker that affects cytochrome P450 enzyme, and a statin, lipid-lowering agent, as active ingredients. Further, it is prepared in such a manner that the respective release rate of the above ingredients can be controlled, thereby preventing antagonistic effects and side effects resulting from the interaction of the above ingredients, while maintaining the synergistic effect, and providing easy medication.

Cette invention concerne une préparation thérapeutique combinée chronothérapeutique conçue pour contrôler la libération de chaque ingrédient du médicament combinée selon un taux prédéterminé selon le principe de la chronothérapie, en vertu de laquelle les médicaments sont libérés pour exercer leur action pharmacologique à des intervalles prédéterminés. Cette préparation contient comme éléments actifs une dihydropyridine, un bloqueur de canal calcium agissant sur l'enzyme cytochrome P450 et une statine en tant qu'agent réducteur du taux lipidique. Par ailleurs, cette préparation d'utilisation simple est élaborée de telle sorte que la libération respective des ingrédients susmentionnés peut être contrôlée, ce qui empêche les effets antagonistes et les effets secondaires dus à l'interaction desdits ingrédients tout en conservant l'effet synergétique.
